Forza Motorsport 3 is the third in the flagship racing series developed for the Xbox 360 by developers Turn 10. It was released in October 2009, and introduced in-car views to the series for the first time, along with drifting, drag racing, SUVs, and the ability for cars to actually roll over in crashes.
Another new feature was an in-game rewind button which allows you to go back if you make a mistake during a race, and the Xbox Live lobby system was overhauled, removing the ability for individuals to control public and ranked lobbies.
It includes around 400 cars (although more are since available via DLC – the Forza Ultimate Collection collects all DLC available so far), and 100 race track variations, including Le Mans 24 Hours course, the Circuit de la Sarthe, and returning tracks including Silverstone, Laguna Seca and more.
