Releasing on April 10th, 2025, the Monster Energy Supercross 25 pre-order bonuses include Monster Jam Showdown if you opt for the top Dirt Master edition.
There are three versions of the game available to pre-order now, with the Standard Edition earning you the Stars & Stripes Pack DLC, which is a customisation kit inspired by the American flag. The Special Edition also comes with the Touchdown Pack DLC, and 3 days of early access from April 7th, 2025. And as mentioned, the Dirt Master Edition also includes a copy of Monster Jam Showdown, which was originally released in August 2024.
Current prices on the Epic Game Store for PC are £49.99 for the Standard Edition, £69.99 for the Special Edition, and £84.99 for the Dirt Master Edition. Or £59.99, £74.99 and £94.99 on the Microsoft and PlayStation Stores for consoles.
Monster Jam Showdown was the first game in the series to be developed by Italian studio Milestone, and recently received a big DLC expansion pack in December 2024. The Milan-based developers have a much longer history with bike titles, starting with superbike games in 1999. They’ve developed the Monster Energy Supercross titles since 2018, and this is their seventh effort.
The switch to the year in the title matches the official MotoGP series, which they also develop, and marks a return after a year off in 2024, with an updated version of Unreal Engine 5, a new career mode, dyanmic tracks, a neural AI system for computer opponents and completely rebuilt riding physics.
You’ll also get the current riders, bikes and tracks from the real 2025 season at launch, which means you’ll get to ride some venues before the championship races at them.
Milestone have also revealed their post-launch roadmap, including Season Pass and DLC content, with two-stroke bikes immediately standing out.
You can find Monster Energy Supercross 25 for the PC via Steam and the Epic Game Store, the Xbox Series X|S on the Microsoft Store, and the PS5 via the PlayStation Store. Or you can buy physical editions from retailers including Game and Amazon.
