Coming from developers DreamWay Games and simulation title publisher PlayWay S.A, a Used Car Simulator Early Access gameplay video has been published to tempt you into running your own car business.
Along with the free demo currently available via Steam, the video shows how you’ll be challenged to find cheap cars to repair and sell, along with potentially trying some less legal methods to bring in extra cash to afford petrol, missing parts and shop upgrades. That can include stealing cars, and having to evade the police.

As well as hammering out dents, changing parts and giving vehicles a quick wash, you’ll also be able to explore an open world with locations and characters to discover. Driving around will also let you use jumps and drifting for fun, but obviously if you crash you’ll then have damage to repair back in your workshop. You’ll also be able to find various dynamic objects throughout the world, or discover cash laying around in various places.
Along with unlocking more skills as you progress, you’ll also have to look after your character as they suffer from hunger, thirst, tiredness and a full bladder. And you’ll be able to choose whether you take on side quests alongside the main plot of the game. If you do collapse or even drown in water, you’ll respawn in the hospital with a potentially expensive bill for treatment.
The demo was actually made available back in January 2024, and the Early Access information originally aimed for a full version to be available in 2024 ‘if possible’, so that’s obviously been postponed as the initial Early Access release is now coming at some point in 2025.
Used Car Simulator is currently available as a free demo for the PC via Steam, with an Early Access release presumably coming soon. You’ll be able to keep up with the latest news, updates and more, here.
