The return of the Genki street racing franchise is happening even sooner than expected, with the Tokyo Xtreme Racer release date and price now confirmed. The game will become available worldwide from January 23rd, 2025 at midnight (Pacific Standard Time), which equates to 8am GMT or UTC. And it will cost you $29.99 in Early Access for a limited time.
Current estimates for the Early Access period are around four months, but obviously these things are always pretty fluid.

More rivals and parts companies have also been revealed, including Syms, Tom’s, Trial, URAS, Varis, Vertex, Weds and Work, along with rival Shuwa Shuwa Strong.
It’ll definitely be interesting to get our hands on Tokyo Xtreme Racer and to see how it compares to some potentially similar titles, and particularly No Hesi for Assetto Corsa.
