The successor to the Stralis was introduced by the Italian truck manufacturer in 2019, and now Euro Truck Simular 2 adds the Iveco S-Way, with the Arctic configuration of the flagship model designed for fuel efficency and long-distance transportation.
And it’s available to download for Euro Truck Sim 2 as free DLC, meaning the only cost will be when you visit an Iveco dealer in-sim. Or find yourself going over budget with all the customisation options.
As always in Euro Truck Simulator 2, you get a range of engine options and chassis to choose from. At the moment, that includes 460hp, 500hp and 580hp power choices with a 4×2 chassis, but a 6×2 will arrive in a future update.
The S-Way comes equipped with advanced digital mirrors and a digital Human Machine Interface (HMI) as standard. Along with all the customisation choices for paint, trim and accessories that you would expect, including the Top interior with carbon fibre and an Italian flag.
Improved aerodynamics on the S-Way result in up to 10% improvement in fuel consumption, along with less emissions. Iveco first launched in 1975, as the result of a merger between five Italian, French and German brands; Fiat, OM, Lancia Veicoli Speciali, Unic and Magirus-Deutz, with headquarters in Turin.
It’s the third Iveco truck now available, along with the Stralis and Stralis Hi-Way, taking the total Euro Truck Simulator 2 truck list to 24.
And you can keep up with all new releases of trucks, trailers, areas to drive and more, with our Euro Truck Simulator 2 news.
