There are a small list of tweaks and changes now available in-game with ExoCross Update 2024.8.28.0 released for the futuristic off-road PC racing game.
It’s the second update to arrive, following 2024.7.30.0 which arrived back in July shortly after the game was initially launched. The most notable improvements inclde fixing track boundary exploits and the AI to player car collisions.
There are also unspecificed performance and stability improvements.
Having launched on 22nd July 2024 following the acquisition of developers Orontes Games by iRacing, ExoCross shows some promise, but probably needs some sizeable free updates to really compete as a leading racing game, including more diverse environments, tracks and vehicles. Hopefully we’ll see some more sizeable changes coming in the future to allow the positive aspects of ExoCross to really shine.
