There are a few fixes to team management, game stability and race weekends with F1 Manager 24 Update 1.4 released on the PC version, with console patches coming later in the week.
Along with a PC-only GPU crash now being resolved, there are also solutions for crashes when changing and saving liveries, or randomising team branding. And also fixes for generated driver salaeries in create a team, along with fixed contract counter offers not being received, and incorrect grid penalties if you’re changing parts of the powertrain.
The latest in the F1 Manager series from Frontier Developments was released on July 23rd 2024. This is the first major update available since the management sim launched, and there is also a list of known issues being worked on, with 31 problems confirmed so far, and lots more being investigated.

Team Management
- Fixed contract counter offers not being received
- Fixed AI teams developing the same car parts through the season
Stability
- Fixed a crash that could occur when changing and saving liveries in quick succession
- Fixed a crash that could occur when randomising team branding elements
- Fixed a PC-only GPU crash
Create A Team
- Fixed salaries for generated drivers being too high
Race Weekend
- Updated Williams steering wheel to represent 2024 model
- Fixed instances of incorrectly applied grid penalties when changing powertrain parts
- Fixed team comms referencing traffic incorrectly during qualifying
User Interface
- Fixed UI lock that could occur when selecting car parts via Rules and Regulations screen
