Originally released for the PC in November 2023, Super Woden GP 2 launches for consoles, and is now available for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
The retro overhead racing sequel developed by ViJuDa includes more than 180 cars, and a range of circuits and rally stages to drive them on, along with local multiplayer for up to four people.

You can race across various competitions, including endurance races, weekend events and championship, and use a menu inspired by Gran Turismo 2 to progress and earn credits to purchase new vehicles. Which definitely brings back a lot of memories from late 90’s era of racing games.
Along with tuning and customising your paint scheme, you can also use the Workshop to give each car a wash and oil change. While there’s no online multiplayer, you can compete in the global leaderboards, with the fastest times highlighted when you cross the finish line at the end of each lap. And the original soundtrack by Donudroid and DJ Devito adds to the nostalgic feel.

And despite coming from solo independent developer Victor Justo Dacruz, Super Woden GP 2 has received a number of updates since release. Even though he’s already revealed that he’s also working on a new spin-off title named Super Woden: Rally Spec, which uses a a far-chase third-person camera to build on the rally content in the game.
Super Woden GP 2 is available for the Xbox One and Xbox Series X\S via the Microsoft Store, the PS4 and PS5 via the PlayStation store, and the Switch via the Nintendo eShop. It’s also available for the PC via Steam.
