If you prefer racing smaller capacity bikes, or are starting your career progression, it’ll be more realistic as the latest MotoGP 24 patch updates the Moto2 and Moto3 classes to the latest changes of the current season.
In Moto2, that means the likes of 2023 Moto3 champion Jaume Masia moving into the class, along with Ayumu Sasaki, Xavier Artigas, Deniz Oncu and Mario Aji. And it’s not been a great season so far for British rider Jake Dixon, who has yet to score a point so far.
And in Moto3, the new riders include Angel Piqueras, David Almansa, Nicola Carraro, Xabi Zuturuza, Joel Esteban, and Luca Lunetta, with Zuturuza being replaced by Vicente Perez for the first two rounds as Zuturuza was below the minimum age for the series.
Currrently the Moto3 championship is being contested by Daniel Holgado, David Alonso and Collin Veijer at the top of the table, with British rider Scott Ogden 20th overall after scoring points in the opening two rounds, and team-mate Josh Whatley in 26th. Meanwhile in Moto2, it’s currently between Sergio Garcia, Joe Roberts and Fermin Aldeguer after the opening five rounds.

Rider skills have also been updated across all categories to reflect how results have shaped each season so far.
