Fancy taking control of a sportscar team with racing strategy game GT Manager ’24 announced for PC with a release date in 2024?
It’s developed by Tiny Digital Factory, who have previously released GT Manager mobile, achieiving more than three million downloads so far. And while that was their debut racing management title, you might recognise the name of Stephane Baudet, founder of the studio, who previously worked on V-Rally, Need for Speed and Test Drive Unlimited at Infogrames, Eden Games and Ubisoft.
So this isn’t your typical new mobile developer branching out into PC games. And the PC version should offer a deeper simulation experience with the need to recruit, manage and develop staff, and a racing experience including on-track accidents, safety cars, tyre management and dynamic weather. You’ll also need to manage your financial budget, research engine setups, and test in practice sessions before heading to the races, and attracting sponsors with your performances.
You’ll prepare your team and drivers for 7 lap Sprint races, and 14 lap Endurance events which require two drivers to swap, along with careful fuel management. And GT Manager ’24 features five racing leagues, including the official GT4, GT3, GT2, GTE and Hypercar classes, with 10 races in each season to let you hopefully move up to the next league.
GT Manager ’24 also boasts more than 30 officially licenced cars from WEC, IMSA and the GT World Challenge Europe championships, featuring manufacturers including Porsche, Aston Martin, BMW, and Mercedes-AMG, plus more than 20 official drivers and teams. So if you want to try and win with the Peugeot 9X8 or Glickenhaus SGC007, here’s your chance.
The price and exact release date haven’t been announced, but you can already add GT Manager ’24 to your wishlist on Steam. And you’ll be able to keep up with the latest GT Manager ’24 news, DLC and more, here.
