Arcade Switch racer Sunrise GP is coming to Steam in 2024, after launching on the Nintendo console back in April.
Developed by Garage 5 and published by Gamedust, the casual racing game is inspired by classic cars from Eastern Europe, which makes a change from the usual selection available in most titles. Combined with the cartoon-style graphics and synth wave soundtrack, and it could be a decent option for chilling out from serious sim racing.
Sunrise GP also has four-player split-screen multiplayer if you fancy taking on some friends, including a Grand Prix series, and special challenges including time attack, and last man standing modes. It also promises full controller support for both Xbox and DualShock options. And some reasonably modest minimum system requirements (an i3 processor and GTX 1050).
In total, there are 21 cars to unlock and personalise with your choice of liveries and visual parts, and a selection of 20 tracks to race them on. Along with a photo mode to capture your creation in action.
There’s no price or exact release date yet for the PC version, but the game is currently listed on the US Nintendo Store for $14.99. For some unknown reason, it’s not listed on the UK version of the Nintendo eShop, but it should be available everywhere when it’s released on Steam, and you can wishlist it now.
You’ll be able to find all the latest Sunrise GP news, updates and more, here.
