The latest Formula One game from Codemasters was released on July 1st, 2022, and features a number of changes from previous years, including the ability to drive a selection of supercars and two safety cars, as you can see in the full F1 22 car list below.
Obviously, that’s alongside the 10 F1 cars being used for the current season of racing, and the 2018 Dallara for the F2 championship. Plus the 2022 F1 car that you can use as a player and develop in the My Team mode. The safety cars are available to drive in the Pirelli hot laps time trial mode, along with the road cars which are used for challenges during the race weekend.
It’s the 15th title in the F1 series developed by Codemasters, and the first to include cars which aren’t used as part of the championship and supporting classes. A total of 10 non-F1 cars are included, but more may be released in the future as paid or free DLC. And they’re all road examples from manufacturers represented in F1.
