You can jump into the latest touring cars via sim racing, with the RaceRoom WTCR 2021 car pack released now to buy as a bundle, or individual vehicles if you prefer.
While some of the choices are available in other sims, the new DLC pack from Sector3 Studios includes the Lada Vesta TCR, Lynk & Co 03 TCR, and the Cupra Leon Competicion, along with the Hyundai Elantra N TCR, updated Audi RS3 LMS and the Honda Civic TCR.
RaceRoom has had a long history replicating the WTCR series, so the release of the latest cars and team liveries isn’t a big surprise. But it does mean you can drive the new Hundai Elantra TCR 2021 and the updated Audi RS3 LMS 2021 TCR. Whether it’s your first time venturing into the class, or you’ve been investing in the sim racing replicas since they first appeared in RaceRoom back in 2013.
The 2021 season was the fourth of the World Touring Car Cup, and the 17th of the World Touring Car Championship. It was won by Yann Ehrlacher for Cyan Racing Link & Co, from Frederich Vervisch and Jean-Karl Vernay. Some races were cancelled or replaced due to the pandemic, and it also saw Jessica Backman and Nicola Baldan become the first female drivers to compete in the series.
The RaceRoom WTCR 2021 Car Pack currently costs £18.45 for the six cars and all the included 2021 team and driver liveries. If you want to buy a car separately, then it’s £3.35 with a paintscheme, or £4.35 with all the design choices, which can also be bought for 24p each.
You can download Raceroom Racing Experience on the PC for free via Steam. Some additional content is available via Steam, but everything can be purchased via the official game store.
