It seemed strange to go for more than a week without an update, but Kunos Simulazioni have now released Assetto Corsa Competizione Hotfix v1.6.6 to bring some small improvements to the GT World Challenge racing sim before the festive holidays.
The relatively short change list does include small tweaks to ground collisions which may be worth noting if you’re in the habit of bottoming out, and there are also tweaks to the Honda NSX GT3 Evo and the Mercedes-AMG GT3 2020.
Given how often Kunos Simulazioni have released updates for ACC, it’s fair that they might want to wind down a bit for the end of the year. The update is for the PC version of Assetto Corsa Competizione, as the PS4 and Xbox One console editions run on a different update release schedule by 505 Games.
Assetto Corsa Competizione Hotfix v1.6.6 Change List
- Adjusted setup wait time to prevent potential saving inaccuracy when making changes in large increments.
- Fixed asymmetrical values in Honda NSX GT3 Evo aggressive presets for Brands Hatch and Hungaroring.
- Adjusted Mercedes-AMG GT3 2020 fuel consumption for highest power map.
- Minor ground collision adjustments.
