Get ready for a slightly different type of virtual motorsport as Monster Truck Championship launches worldwide on the PC, on the PS4 and Xbox one in North America on October 20th (already available in Europe), and on the Nintendo Switch in the U.S on November 24th, 2020.
The game from Teyon, and publisher Nacon, attempts to simulate the experience of these unique behemoths in five types of event. Along with standard racing and time trails are drag races, freestyle trick competitions, and the destruction mode which rewards you for destroying obstacles.
And you can race in single-player or online with up to 7 oppononents.
If you’re looking for a more in-depth experience, Monster Truck Championship launches with a career mode to become the Professional League Champion at the Monster Truck finals, requiring you to upgrade your choice of the 16 vehicles available, and manage teams and finances.
To help you to win, there are choices of engine, tires and suspension, which can all be tuned. Along with the look of your monster truck, with choices for colours, accessories and stickers. A total of more than 50 options are available for each truck, along with 25 circuits based in different U.S cities.
And for the most realistic experience, you can choose to drive in cockpit mode and find out what it’s really like to drive a monster truck in competition.
