The KartKraft karting simulator is currently available for PC via Steam Early Access. Developed by Black Delta, it’s a good looking game with VR support, which is a good thing for the frantic action that close to the ground. And now there’s a new track with Atlanta Motorsports Park coming to KartKraft.

If you’re not familiar with the circuit, it was actually designed by F1 track designer Herman Tilke, and opened in 2012. And it packs in 43ft of elevation changes and a technical chicane complex.
It’s 8/10ths of a mile long with 17 turns, including a 180-degree hairpin following a nearly four-storey drop.
But rather than reading the details, you can check out an onboard in-game lap on an IAME X30-powered OK1 kart.
Definitely looks like a fun and challenging place to drive a kart. There’s no word on exactly when Atlanta Motorsports Park will be available, but hopefully it should be pretty soon judging by the images and video.
If you cant wait, the Atlanta Motorsports Park is available to play in rFactor 2, originally released in 2015 – here’s a video showing the main circuit layout when it was originally released. It includes 4 kart circuit layouts, along with the main road track for cars. And was updated in 2018 to version V1.28 to include the DX11 rain effect update
